2356 Graft 60 Yr Old Male Hair Transplant

This patient is a 60 year old gentleman who desired to have a frontal hairline and coverage of the top of his head. He is a Norwood Class 6-7 with limited donor hair. His goals were very realistic: he wanted to reestablish his frontal hairline to frame his face. He is in the entertainment business and felt that his appearance contributed heavily to his work. He understood that since his donor hair was limited, that the end result coverage would be thin.
